What will you do?
Provide customized and personalized facials to Kalvera clients through a deep understanding of ingredients and product offerings.
Complete a comprehensive computerized skin analysis of each client to better understand the needs of their skin today and in the future.
Create an educational experience for each individual you touch and recommendations that will improve their skin health!
Connect with each client to create a unique experience rooted in customer service and hospitality.
Who are we looking for?
A talented esthetician who excels at helping clients better understand and care for their skin.
Passionate about all things skincare and understand that healthy skin is the foundation for beautiful skin and a fundamental belief that everyone is beautiful.
Extremely tech and mobile device savvy. You have no trouble managing iPads, iPhones, and various apps.
Hyper-focused on sanitation with attention to every detail before and after treatment.
Sought out by clients and friends alike, to seek your advice on how to put their best face forward.
Approach everything with a hospitality mindset, and you love making people feel more amazing than when they walked in.
Have a listening ear, a discerning eye, a positive attitude, and a gentle hand.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - you communicate succinctly and with purpose.
Can easily prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
A fast learner, who is hungry for knowledge and constantly striving to be your best self.
What you need:
A valid Florida Esthetics license.
Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs.
Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, and stand for a long duration.
Able to pass a background check.
Nice to have:
Experience with dermal infusion / extraction machines such as Hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion.
Advanced skincare knowledge.
Experience with laser modalities (Clear & Brilliant, Fraxel).
